Refund Policy

Overview

We stand behind the quality of the BR_1H indicator. If the product does not work as described, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. This policy exists to protect you while also protecting against abuse.

Eligible for a refund

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if:

  • The indicator does not appear in your TradingView invite-only scripts within 48 hours of purchase
  • The indicator does not function as described on the sales page (e.g. signals do not appear, alerts do not fire)
  • You were charged incorrectly or multiple times

Not eligible for a refund

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Trading losses incurred while using the indicator
  • Failure to read the product description before purchasing
  • The indicator was loaded on a timeframe other than 1H (a warning is displayed for this)
  • TradingView access has already been granted and the script appears in your invite-only scripts
  • Requests made more than 7 days after the purchase date
  • Dissatisfaction with trading results — the indicator is a tool, not a guarantee of profit

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us within 7 days of your purchase with the following:

  • Your order confirmation email or Stripe session ID
  • Your TradingView username
  • A brief description of the issue

We aim to process all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.

No liability for trading losses

A refund covers only the purchase price of the indicator. BR_1H and its owner(s) accept no liability for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or financial damages arising from the use of this product. By purchasing, you acknowledge that trading involves substantial risk and that this indicator does not constitute financial advice.
